• Biodegradable Packaging: We are actively transitioning to 100% biodegradable packaging to minimize environmental impact. In the meantime, all current packaging waste is responsibly recycled, reflecting our commitment to reducing waste and promoting circularity.

While we do have a small inventory of our handmade pieces ready to ship immediately, please note some sizes & colors are made-to-order and might take up to 10 working days to ship.

All in stock crochets are dispatched within 3 working days. 

Should there be an urgent requirement for expedited shipping due to a significant date or occasion, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@mukaiwear.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

For orders within Lithuania, we offer free shipping to the nearest parcel lockers.

For the rest of the world, the shipping options are Standart shipping at 15 EUR and Express at 30 EUR. Final shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. Standard delivery – 5 to 7 business days, Express – 1 to 3 business days.

If your order is shipped within the EU, you will not need to pay any additional fees, but please note that customers are responsible for paying customs and import duties, as this is not something we can control.

We understand that sometimes you want to be absolutely sure you'll achieve the perfect fit based on your curves or simply desire to change a color or make small alterations. 

We're glad to customize our handmade items to ensure a perfect fit. However, this process requires extra time to refine the knit, train our crocheters, and procure materials. Therefore, a small fee is applied to cover these efforts.

Please note: all custom-made items are designed specifically for you and are therefore considered final sale with no returns.

GIFT CARDS:
Digital or printed gift cards can't be returned or exchanged for money. It also can't be extended after the final expiration day.

Upon receipt of a returned item, it is our standard practice to undergo a thorough review and verification process. Typically, the duration for this procedure is up to five business days before any further actions are initiated.

Customized and altered items are sold as final sale, meaning they cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or modified due to their personalized nature.

Yes, you can definitely have fun in the water! Just remember, your swimsuit might stretch a bit when wet, but it will shrink back to normal when it dries.

First, soak or gently rub your item in soapy water, but don't scrub, twist, or wring it. Then, drain off the water and rinse with fresh, cold water. Keep rinsing until the water runs clear and there's no soap left. Finally, gently squeeze out as much water as you can without twisting or wringing.

We strongly recommend against washing your crochets in the washing machine even if you have a hand-wash programme. This can potentially irritate the material, which can result in a shrunken/rough knit. And no one wants that.
